When will my Alleyoop order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are Alleyoop products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
